Checking the DVR condition & mounting

When doing your scheduled preventative maintenance, take a moment to check the physical

condition of the DVR.

 Is there any visible damage to the exterior of the unit?

 Is the locking front cover locked and secure?

 Is the DVR securely attached to the mounting plate and is the mounting plate fully

secured in place?

 If the cables enter the cable cover through a side or rear knockout hole, is the cable

grommet fully intact to protect the cables from wear?
